“I've stayed here a few times and it has always had great service and clean rooms, but this time the A/C filters were filthy. They were black and covered with dirt and dust. Even after scrubbing them a couple of times with soap and hot water, I was able to get them somewhat clean and were gray. It needs new filters.”
